On Wednesday, three Katyusha rockets landed inside the "Green Zone", one of them fell in the vicinity of the parliament building, in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.  And the official Iraqi News Agency (INA), quoted a high-ranking security source, who did not name it, that "three Katyusha rockets landed inside the Green Zone, one of them in the vicinity of the parliament building."  And the Iraqi government announced, on Wednesday, that 7 members of the security forces were wounded as a result of the bombing of the Green Zone in central Baghdad.  The Security Media Cell of the Council of Ministers said in a statement: "The number of injured from the security forces as a result of the bombing of the Green Zone has risen to 7, with varying injuries."  She added: "The Green Zone in Baghdad was bombed by 3 shells, one in front of the parliament building and the other near the guest house."  She stated that the bombing had "damaged a number of cars and a building", while no party had claimed responsibility for the bombing.  Earlier today, Wednesday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives held a session during which it renewed confidence in the Speaker of the Council, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and chose Mohsen Al-Mandalawi as First Vice-President of the Council.  On September 5, the second session of the National Dialogue ended with the formation of a "technical team" of political forces to discuss views in order to reach early elections.  Disagreements between the Sadrist movement (Shiite) and the Coordination Framework (a Shiite close to Iran) prevented the formation of the government.
