As one of the five largest vaccine exporters in the world, Indonesia is dependent on other countries for the manufacture of COVID-19 vaccines.  Pahala said the pandemic has also given birth to new innovations in the health sector, namely the PeduliLindung application. This breakthrough in the digital sector integrates patient data and can be used to improve health services to the community.  e-Health technology has the potential to simplify the administration of electronic drug prescription procedures. Therefore, SOEs in the health sector such as BPJS Kesehatan must also start to form a digital ecosystem.  On the same occasion, Senior Lead Investigator for Community Health University of Oxford Anuraj Shankar said the transformation in the health sector made it easier for people to check their health.  “Currently, a person can check their own blood pressure by using an application from a mobile phone. This will open the door to examine chronic and acute medical conditions that a person experiences personally,” said Anuraj.  He also added that collaboration is also important in the health sector. Stronger cross-sector collaboration between the private sector and the public is the key to improving health services.  Previously, the Ministry of SOEs held the SOE International Conference: Driving Sustainable and Inclusive Growth on 17-18 October 2022 in Bali. This event is part of the Trade, Investment, and Industry Working Group (TIIWG) Road to G20.  The SOE International Conference was held as the government's commitment to support the implementation of the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aspects, particularly in the health sector, financial inclusion, digital transformation, and energy transition.
