He asked on Twitter, "When will the Hon'ble Prime Minister address the real issues like malnutrition, hunger and helplessness among children?"   The report, jointly prepared by Irish aid agency Concern Worldwide and German organization Welt Hunger Hilfe, described the level of hunger in India as "severe".
