Entire Manipur kept on burning for many hours and the security forces kept trying to control it. The situation is such that now orders have been issued to shoot the rioters on sight. There is curfew in many districts of Manipur and internet has been banned. Let us understand what is this whole controversy and why Manipur is burning in the fire of violence. Shoot at Sight orders The situation in Manipur has deteriorated to such an extent that the army has to conduct a flag march, while the Collector has been empowered to order Shoot at Sight if necessary. Violent violence broke out in areas like Imphal, Churachandpur, Vishnupur and Kangpokpi in Manipur, after which the army was called on the spot and the situation remains critical even now. After this tremendous violence in the state, a statement also came out from the Chief Minister of Manipur. In which he said that those who spread nuisance and violence will be dealt with strictly. CM N Biren Singh said, all these incidents happened after the misunderstanding between the two sections of the society. The government is making every effort to restore peace. Home Minister Amit Shah also talked to the CM of Manipur regarding this matter. How did it start? Actually this whole matter started after the order of the High Court. Since then the atmosphere started deteriorating. On 14 April, the Manipur High Court gave its verdict on a petition seeking reservation for the Meitei community and directed the state government to recommend it to the central government. The Meitei community had said in the High Court that ST status should be given to the Meitei community to save their tradition, culture and language. After this order of the High Court, all the tribal groups came out in protest. He said that the Meitei community should not be given ST status. People of Kuki and Naga tribes started this protest and many other tribes supported them in this. Now, before coming to the dispute, it is necessary to know that community also, against which people of all the tribes have come out. What is the Meitei community? According to the report of the Indian Express, the maximum population in Manipur belongs to the Meitei community. About 64.6 of the state's population is from the Meitei community. However, this community is settled only on 10 percent of the land. The remaining 90 percent is hilly, in which the remaining population of the state lives. All those tribes including Naga, Kuki live in this area, who have come out against the Meitei community. What is the demand of the community The Metai community says that they already have very little land, which is continuously decreasing. People living on the mountains are also coming to this urban area. Due to which the prices of lands are increasing, which there is no law to stop. That is why the Metai community has been demanding special status for itself. For which the High Court was approached on his behalf and the court ruled in his favor. Why the opposition to the Meitei community? On the other hand, the tribes opposing the Meitei community are of the opinion that Meitei is a very strong community. Its population is also the highest and they live in urban areas. He says that the Meitei community gets all those facilities, which are not available to the people living in the hilly areas. The Meitei community is also accused of infiltrating the hilly areas. The survey conducted by the Manipur government in the midst of protests by the Metai community over the land survey provoked the hill tribes. The Manipur government had decided to conduct a land survey last year, under which it was done for Churachandpur and its surrounding areas. After this survey, some people of the Kuki community were told that they come in the reserve forest and they will have to vacate that place. After this, the rural tribes protested and said that they were not given any information regarding this. This is how the violence started. On 27 April, an 8-hour bandh was called against the government by The Indigenous Tribal Leaders Forum (ITLF) regarding this issue. This bandh started in Churachandpur before the visit of CM Biren Singh on 28 April. CM was about to inaugurate the open gym here. Earlier, the stage prepared for Biren Singh was set on fire. Later police force was deployed in the area. However, instead of stopping after this, the violence spread to other districts. On 28 April, along with the deployment of the police, violent demonstrations started increasing, people took to the streets, burnt tires and vandalized fiercely. Violent clashes also took place between the police and the protesters on the same night. The police also used force. After this, there was a lot of arson on 29 April as well. Many buildings were set on fire overnight. The violence that erupted from the march of the students' organization lasted for about three days, this entire ruckus was controlled by April 30 and the police heaved a sigh of relief, but a lot was yet to happen. A fire was raging among the people regarding their issues, the spark of which was not seen by the police and the administration. This time the cause of this fire was the Metai community. On May 3, the student organization All Tribal Students Union of Manipur (ATSUM) called for a march. This march was called against the demand and support of the Meitei community. Thousands of people reached in this march, in which people from many tribes were involved. Similar marches were taken out against the Metai community in different districts of Manipur. During this, news of violence came out from many places, people created ruckus and many houses were set on fire. The President sent the National Accountability Amendment Bill back to Parliament

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, convenor of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan, has claimed that under-population of urban areas of Sindh is not incompetence and laziness but special planning.

MQM-Pakistan tried to correct an important national duty with the two governments. MQM's fears proved to be correct. Citizens of Sindh are being counted less than the previous census.

However, he also said that 'they are saying that first we will present the budget and after that we will dissolve the assemblies. I see malice in it. If you have to present the budget, then you win the election, you get the mandate for five years and then make the budget.'

Imran Khan said that 'don't misunderstand us that we will dissolve the assemblies after the budget, because this is not acceptable to us.'

Apart from this, Imran Khan also announced to take out rallies in Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore on the occasion of International Labor Day on Monday, May 1.

Chaudhry Pervez Elahi's lawyer Amir Saeed told the anti-corruption team that Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh had granted interim bail to Pervez Elahi till May 6, on which the anti-corruption team sought a court order from him.

Chaudhry Parvez Elahi's son Munis Elahi, who is currently in Spain, tweeted: 'Punjab Police is currently at our residence to arrest my father in a case in which he got bail today. Is.

"First they attacked my residence and now they are doing the same with the criminal gang and its patron Parvez Elahi.

He added that he will give a plan to the public today on how to stand against this destruction imposed on our constitution, our democracy.

At the end of the second round of negotiations, PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi while talking to the media said that there has been progress in the negotiations today, on which he will take Imran Khan into confidence.

He said that today the government and PTI have presented their point of view, they will sit again on Tuesday for negotiations which will be almost the final round of negotiations.

If the government agrees to early elections, they are ready for constitutional amendment: Fawad Chaudhry

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry says that if the government agrees on early elections in the entire country, then his party is ready for constitutional amendment.

According to Omar Faizan of Independent Urdu, before the second round of negotiations between the government and PTI on the issue of elections, on the question that if elections are not held on May 14, should Tehreek-e-Insaf amend the constitutional provision to hold elections within 90 days? On the other hand, talking to the representatives of international news agencies, PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that many things have been agreed upon in the talks with the government.

However, he said: 'Talks should not be used as a delaying tactic.'

Shah Mehmood admitted that there is a lack of trust on both sides. We are also worried that even if the negotiations are successful, if they say that Maulana Fazlur Rehman does not agree, then what will happen? In such a case, all government parties must also be on the same page.

He said that his party wants elections on May 14 and the government wants to hold elections in the whole country on the same day. "Now they have to come up with a proposal."

Shah Mehmood said that in the meeting, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar revealed that there is still a lack of trust between the IMF and the government. "Despite this, budget preparations are being made."

The second round of negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf regarding holding elections on the same day began in the committee room number three of the Parliament House.

Imran Khan's statement regarding election date is inappropriate: Saad Rafiq

Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq said on Twitter that Imran Khan's statement regarding the date of the election shortly before the talks on Friday afternoon is completely inappropriate.

According to Imran Khan, he has instructed Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Fawad Chaudhry to talk only if the government wants to immediately dissolve the National Assembly and hold elections.

'If they talk about the same September and October again, there is no need to talk.'

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that if the coalition government of PDM dissolves the National Assembly immediately, negotiations can be held with them.

During a break in the hearing of the case filed against him in Islamabad on Friday, Imran Khan said in a conversation with the media that if the elections are not held on May 14, the constitution will be broken, and if the constitution is broken, then whoever will be in power. That's what will work.'

Imran Khan said that he always obeyed the decisions of the Supreme Court. 'We are with the constitution while the PDM is against it, we have no comparison with them.'

Commenting on former Army Chief General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa and Hamid Mir's statement on Kashmir, he said: 'I know more than that, but this is a national security issue.

'I don't want anything to become foreign news and cause harm to the country.'

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf said that they tried to kill him twice. 'I get sued when I talk about Dirty Harry.'

He said that General Bajwa imposed the current rulers on the country.

Security bail of Imran Khan approved

The Islamabad High Court issued notices to the parties while granting protective bail to former Prime Minister Imran Khan till May 3 for giving statements against the officers of military institutions.

The court has also directed Imran Khan to be involved in the investigation.

Before the hearing, the objections of the registrar's office on Imran Khan's application were removed, after which Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq started the hearing on Imran Khan's bail application.

Advocate General Jahangir Jadoon said that 'as soon as Imran Khan's application comes and is fixed for hearing, the impression that a powerful person gets relief should disappear. Imran Khan himself says that the powerful should be brought under the law, the request of Allah Dutta should also be treated like Imran Khan.

In response to this, the Chief Justice said that the petitions of two Allah Duttas have been scheduled for hearing today, has it ever happened that you appeared for an Allah Dutta and it was not heard? Imran Khan is also a citizen, he also has rights.

The court later granted interim bail to Imran Khan till May 3 and ordered him to deposit a bond of one lakh rupees and also issued notices to the parties.

Imran Khan's lawyer Salman Safdar said that the process of transfer of courts will take place in May, then time will be required, to which the Chief Justice replied that the issue of transfer of courts is ours and not yours.

The Islamabad High Court while seeking arguments on whether the petition of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf is admissible said that arguments should be given on the admissibility of the petition at the next hearing. Satisfy the matter as to how a bail application can be filed directly in the High Court.'

Meanwhile, the Advocate General said that Imran Khan should be ordered to approach the relevant court in Kachhari, on which Imran Khan's lawyer said that he has security threats, there was also a murder in Kachhari recently.

It should be remembered that the case against Imran Khan for speaking against military institutions was registered on April 7 in Ramna Police Station under the charge of Magistrate Manzoor Ahmad. The Lahore High Court had granted Imran Khan's protective bail till April 26 in the same case.

Hong Kong police seized the "Pillar of Remembrance" creator Gao Zhihuo with a court warrant: the incident was "very crazy"

Our station has learned that the "Pillar of Shame" (the Pillar of Shame), which was forcibly demolished by the University of Hong Kong in an "execution style", was seized by the Hong Kong police and the National Security Department for the crime of "inciting others to subvert state power". The Danish artist Jens Galschiøt, who created the sculpture, told this station that he had not received any information beforehand, and he did not know what case was involved. He questioned the Beijing and Hong Kong governments' excuses to continue to "kidnap" the "Pillar of Remembrance". Describing the incident as "crazy", he also joked that official actions can be regarded as "a kind of art", reflecting the narrowing of freedom of speech in Hong Kong.

It is understood that the National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police seized the "Pillar of Remembrance" placed in the Kadoorie Center in Yuen Long on the morning of Friday (5th) with a court warrant, referring to it as evidence in a case of "inciting others to subvert state power".

Creator Gao Zhihuo: The problem is when there is no room for artwork

Gao Zhihuo described the incident to the station as "crazy and outrageous". He pointed out that the sculpture had been erected at the University of Hong Kong for more than 20 years before the handover of Hong Kong's sovereignty and was displayed as his personal art exhibit. He did not think that the Hong Kong government could move the sculpture in accordance with the "Hong Kong National Security Law". He questioned the political suppression by the Beijing and Hong Kong governments, and continued to "kidnap" the "Pillar of Remembrance" as an excuse.

Gao Zhihuo said: In my opinion, the Hong Kong government kidnapped (kidnap) my sculpture. I am not the one who committed the crime. The Hong Kong regime and the University of Hong Kong are the criminal collective, which violated my personal property in Hong Kong. In the incident, it was not me who had the problem, but the problem was when ordinary artworks and speeches could not be tolerated anywhere in Hong Kong. I think the incident reflects that the mainland Chinese government does not want the sculpture (Pillar of Remembrance) to leave Hong Kong because it is related to the military crackdown.

Gao Zhihuo said that as far as he knew, the "Pillar of Remembrance" hidden in the container was taken away by the Hong Kong police in a whole box. He had not received any notice from the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong police beforehand. He was helping to understand it through his lawyer in Hong Kong. The actual extent of damage to the bisected statue is still unknown.

Gao Zhihuo said with a smile that this matter is "a blessing and a curse" and insists on not giving up and taking back the works

But he said with a smile that this matter is "both a blessing and a curse", at least the incident "keep going", because since the "Pillar of Remembrance" was put into the container, after many efforts by him and the legal team, they were all arrested by Hong Kong. The government and the University of Hong Kong "cold treatment", and the sculpture has not been retrieved for more than one and a half years.

Gao Zhihuo said: The government forcibly demolished the "Pillar of Remembrance", put it in a container and then took it away without authorization. This can be regarded as a kind of "art", reflecting the situation of freedom of speech in Hong Kong. Facts have proved that the language of artistic symbols cannot be destroyed, and the more suppressed it will only become stronger, so that there will be more discussions about the "Pillar of Remembrance" and the "June 4th massacre" than now .

Gao Zhihuo emphasized that "he will not give up on getting back his works."

Gao Zhihuo said: If the Hong Kong government continues to "kidnap" my works, I will not rule out suing them for infringing on my private property. Under the rule of law, they cannot arbitrarily take away other people's private property.

As for whether he will personally or send a representative to Hong Kong to handle the incident, he said he was worried about being sued by the Hong Kong government in the name of the "Hong Kong National Security Law", and worried that his representative would suffer. He said: "Unless the Hong Kong government guarantees that there is no problem, I will not consider".

"Pillar of Remembrance" is blooming all over the world in the form of 3D printing and AI

Gao Zhihuo also pointed out that although the "Pillar of Remembrance" in Hong Kong has fallen, more than a thousand replicas are blooming in the form of 3D printing, AI, etc. around the world, including the United States, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic, Norway, the Netherlands and the United States. Taiwan and other places told the world the tragic history of "June 4th".

The group "NGO DEI", which assisted Gao Zhihuo in retrieving the sculpture, issued a statement on the same day saying that it was "deeply concerned and angry" at the actions of the Hong Kong police. "Pillar", "deeply disturbing", calling on the Hong Kong authorities to respect artistic freedom and return the sculpture immediately, and urging the international community to condemn and put pressure on the Hong Kong government to protect the rights and freedoms of Hong Kong citizens.

Our station once reported that the "Pillar of Remembrance" that had stood at the University of Hong Kong for nearly 25 years was forcibly demolished by the university at the end of December last year in a "execution style" and put into a container. It has not yet been returned to its original owner. In April last year, Gao Zhiwu was ready to transport the statue out of Hong Kong, but more than 12 Hong Kong logistics companies refused to transport it due to concerns about being "liquidated" by the authorities. Gao Zhiwu said that since the Hong Kong government and the University of Hong Kong agreed to transport the statue out of Hong Kong, "It's really strange that no one is willing to help with the delivery now."

Regarding this incident, the spokesperson of Hong Kong replied to this station, saying that the police showed a search warrant on Friday (5th) morning and took away a piece of evidence from the Hong Kong Kadoorie Center in Yuen Long, but refused to explain the details and how to deal with the "National Memorial" Pillar's return.

The Hong Kong police replied to this station, saying that the evidence-gathering operation is "still in progress, and no one has been arrested." They also pointed out that "any action taken by the police will be dealt with according to the actual situation and according to the law. However, the police refused to disclose the case involved. , and how to deal with "Pillars of Remembrance".
