These turbines display excellent adaptability to local mountain conditions, ultraviolet protection, lightning resistance, low temperature and snow resistance.  The project owners believe that the deployment of wind turbines will change the local energy landscape and increase the flexibility of the electric power system in the region. Moreover, according to the project owners, such projects push the limits of stable energy.
