According to her, it is wrong to combine bread with different meats, fish and poultry, even though this is common in the traditional cuisine of most peoples in the world.

She says: “Bread products and protein-rich foods are split at a different rate in the stomach. Therefore, combining these products can lead to feelings of heaviness, discomfort and fermentation. This is because white bread and its products are simple carbohydrates and completely devoid of fiber.
