The official account of the Champions League, on the “X” platform, announced today, Monday, the awards for the best in the tournament this season.

Brazilian Vinicius Junior, the Real Madrid star, officially won the Best Player award in the Champions League this season 2023-2024.

Vinicius contributed to his team winning the Champions League title for the fifteenth time in its history, thanks to his performance in the tournament.

Vinicius participated in 10 matches with Real Madrid in the Champions League during this season, scoring 6 goals and making 5 others.

UEFA also chose Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham to win the title of best young player in the Champions League for the current season, after his major contribution to the Merengues winning the European title. 

During the current season of the Champions League, Bellingham participated with Real Madrid in 11 matches in the European Championship competitions. He succeeded in scoring 4 goals and making 5 assists for his teammates.

Real Madrid won the Champions League title, following a 2-0 victory against German club Borussia Dortmund in the final round of the tournament at Wembley Stadium.

It is noteworthy that the new edition of the Champions League will witness the participation of 36 teams for the first time, of which 29 teams have qualified so far.
