Jakarta (ANTARA) - Bank Indonesia (BI) will serve the exchange of new money for the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri period through the Semarak Rupiah Ramadhan and Berkah Eid al-Fitr (SERAMBI) 2025 program on March 3-27, 2025.
"Indeed, the need for cash during (the momentum of) Eid al-Fitr is almost 25 percent of the total need for paper money for a year actually. So, this is a very important moment to distribute cash," said BI Deputy Governor Doni Primanto Joewono in Jakarta, Wednesday.
