Telecommunications company Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) is focusing on utilizing artificial intelligence ( AI ) to support its business growth in Indonesia.
"If we look at IOH's achievements in the long term, in the last five years, the ARPU ( Average Revenue Per User ) was around IDR 30 thousand (Q1 2020) and has now grown to IDR 40 thousand (Q1 2025). And this journey will be further strengthened by the use of AI," said IOH President Director and CEO Vikram Sinha when presenting the company's achievements online on Monday.
In order to realize the company's goal of becoming an "AI Native Telco", Vikram explained, IOH is leveraging AI to deliver service solutions to customers.
For example, leveraging trained AI models to deliver solutions to postpaid service customers.
Vikram said that the AI solution was presented to simplify the platform display while maintaining optimal service performance for IM3 Platinum customers.
