Persib only needs two points to secure the League 1 title

Persib Bandung needs two points to seal the 2024/2025 Indonesian League 1 title, after their closest rival Persebaya was held to a 1-1 draw by Arema Malang at the Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali, Monday.

Persib is firmly at the top of the standings with 64 points from 30 matches, or 11 points above second-placed Dewa United and Persebaya Surabaya in third place.

Mathematically, Bojan Hodak's squad only needs two additional points from the remaining four matches to secure the championship title.

Dewa United and Persebaya will no longer be able to catch up with Persib if Persib manages to get the two additional points.

Persib has the opportunity to seal the championship title sooner if they win when they visit Malut United's home ground in the 31st week of the Indonesian League 1.
