The White House reveals the "secret weapon" of its youngest spokesperson as she faces the challenges of her position

The White House revealed the secret weapon of its youngest-ever press secretary, Caroline Leavitt, as she navigates the challenges of her sensitive position.

A video posted by White House communications advisor Margot Martin on X showed Levitt praying before taking the stage to address reporters.

In the video, Levitt chanted, "Lord Jesus, please give us the strength, the knowledge, and the ability to craft our words, to have fun, and to be confident. In Jesus' name. Amen."

Levitt, 27, is the youngest White House press secretary in American history. She began her career during President Donald Trump's first term and later joined as an assistant to press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, who now works as a Fox News anchor.

Levitt later served as a spokeswoman for the Trump 2024 campaign, before becoming the official face of the Trump White House during the second term.

Last month, Levitt spoke about her faith in an interview with CBN News, explaining that she leads the White House team in prayer before every press conference.

“I believe that the collective prayer before the conference is a moment of stillness and calm, where we ask God for confidence, expression, knowledge, and protection. It’s a moment to refocus. It’s the last thing I do before stepping onto the stage, which gives me the confidence to lead the conference,” she said.

The spokesperson emphasized that her faith is "very important" to her, especially in her high-pressure role within the Trump administration, saying, "My faith is everything to me. Perhaps now more than ever, in a role that is so demanding and sometimes so controversial, with endless pressure and public comment. It can be difficult for someone without faith, but with faith, anything is possible."
