Trump: Zelensky and fraudulent Biden did a terrible job allowing the crisis in Ukraine to begin

US President Donald Trump asserted that what is happening in Ukraine is "Biden's war, not mine," noting that Volodymyr Zelensky and Joe Biden did a terrible job by "allowing this farce to begin."

Trump added: "I just got here (to the presidency), and for four years during my term, I had no problem preventing it from happening. President Vladimir Putin, and everyone, respects your president! I had nothing to do with this war, but I am working hard to stop the death and destruction."

He continued: "If the 2020 presidential election had not been rigged, and it was, in many ways, that horrific war would never have happened."

He stressed that "President Zelenskyy and fraudulent Joe Biden did an absolutely terrible job in allowing this farce to begin. There were many ways to prevent it from ever starting. But that is in the past. Now we must stop it, and fast. How sad!"

Earlier, Zelensky launched a renewed attack on the United States in an interview with CBS, saying that America maintains a "warm tone of dialogue" with Russia at the expense of the Ukrainian side. In his opinion, the United States lacks a unified position in support of Kyiv.
