The helicopter crashed near the Ganganani hot springs in the state, according to India Today.
Following the incident, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami issued orders in a press statement to investigate the cause of the helicopter crash.
It's worth noting that the Indian army announced on Tuesday the launch of a military operation against "targets" in Pakistan and the autonomous region of Azad Kashmir, which is under its control.
