Deputy Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Bima Arya Sugiarto appreciated the natural beauty offered at the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra.
"This is an extraordinary gift from God. There are not many areas in Indonesia that have air as clean and cool as this. It even has five lakes at once. This great potential must be managed well," said Bima Arya.
This was conveyed by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs during a working visit to Solok Regency, West Sumatra with the main agenda of reviewing the tourism potential of the Diatas Lake area in Lembah Gumanti District.
Furthermore, he also conveyed plans to encourage the involvement of local investors in developing the tourism sector in the area.
