Erdogan congratulates mothers on Mother's Day: We cannot repay them for their kindness

President Erdoğan said in a post on Twitter: "I ask God to grant our mothers, whose kindness we can never repay no matter what we do, a blessed, happy life filled with goodness, with their families, children, and loved ones."

He added: "I remember my beloved mother first and foremost, and all mothers who have passed from the mortal abode to the eternal abode, with mercy and gratitude."

Erdoğan also extended his special congratulations to the mothers of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland. He also remembered with compassion all the mothers of Gaza who have attained the status of martyrdom in Israel's 19-month-long war of extermination.

The Turkish president congratulated his wife and daughters on Mother's Day, expressing his gratitude for their "patience, sacrifices, and efforts." The post also included photos of the Turkish president with his mother, Tenzile Erdoğan.
