Grab Indonesia's Head of Public Affairs Tirza Munusamy stated that the company's business operations are still running normally even though drivers who are company partners on Tuesday took part in a demonstration.
"Grab Indonesia's business operations continue as usual, but we ask for your understanding if there are adjustments to pick-up times and delivery durations, especially in areas around the action location," he told.
He said that the Grab system will automatically divert pick-up service orders from application users to other partners if there is a cancellation from the previous driver partner.
Tirza advised app users to immediately contact the Grab help center if they encounter problems when using the booking service.
To the company's partner drivers who took part in the demonstration today, he advised them to remain orderly and obey the rules during the demonstration.
"We also provide various communication channels for partners to express their opinions and input, including through GrabSupport services and face-to-face activities between Grab representatives and the driver partner community which are carried out routinely," he explained.
