Malaysian Minister for Legal and Institutional Reform Dato Azalina Othman Said said that Malaysia wants to push the legal aspect in business development at the ASEAN Legal Forum to be held in Kuala Lumpur on August 19-21, 2025."So, in the ASEAN Legal Forum to be held by Malaysia on August 19, 20, and 21, 2025, the goal is to focus on references from the business perspective element, communicating from the voice of the legal framework," Azalina said in an exclusive interview with ANTARA in Jakarta, Thursday.She said she believed that large organizations such as the European Union tend to highlight the importance of the business sector in communication relations among its member countries, with most of the laws in force in the European Union being laws that affect business."That is the trigger point for relations between European countries. So, they speak with one voice when it comes to business development issues," she said.
