Head of the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities Djoko Siswanto said that his party will map people's oil wells according to the areas of oil and gas companies or cooperation contract contractors (KKKS) operating there.
"We are taking inventory of which wells are located within the KKKS work area," said Djoko when met after the closing of the IPA Convention & Exhibition, Tangerang, Banten, quoted on Friday.
In the future, community wells located within the KKKS work area will be encouraged to cooperate with KKKS.
Cooperation can be in the form of coaching by KKKS to communities that manage people's oil wells.
