Bali United Head Coach Stefano Cugurra or Teco has proposed that there needs to be a foreign referee who can be on duty at the Indonesian League 1 matches next season.
"When a team has foreign and local players, then there should also be more foreign referees so that local referees can learn from the foreign referees," said Teco via the club's official website in Denpasar, Bali, Tuesday.
According to the Brazilian coach, with the presence of foreign referees in the country's top-tier competitions, domestic referees can exchange knowledge with foreign referees.
