Osama Makhamreh, an activist documenting Israeli violations, told Anadolu Agency that "settlers from the Givat Ma'on settlement attacked shepherds in the village of Al-Tuna, east of the town of Yatta (south), and assaulted them, resulting in two injuries. One of them was transferred to Yatta Governmental Hospital, while the other was treated in the field."
He pointed out that the settlers attacked the herds of livestock, resulting in injuries and miscarriages. Makhamreh added that "other settlers later attacked residents of the Khallet al-Daba' community, affiliated with the village of At-Tuwana, and assaulted one of them with clubs, resulting in injuries and bruises to his face. He was subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment."
According to the activist, the Israeli army arrived at the attack sites and provided protection to the settlers, while detaining a number of Palestinians, two of whom were arrested.

"While a security force was carrying out an operation to arrest a wanted person in Tubas Governorate, it was surprised to come under direct fire" from what he called "outlaws," said Anwar Rajab, the official spokesman for the security forces, according to the official WAFA news agency.
He added, "Faced with this immediate threat, the security force was forced to respond to the source of the fire, in accordance with established rules of engagement. This resulted in the injury of one of the shooters, who subsequently succumbed to his injuries."
According to the Palestinian Commission for Wall and Settlement Resistance (governmental), Israeli settlers carried out 341 attacks in the West Bank during April, including "armed attacks on Palestinian villages, vandalism, bulldozing of land, uprooting of trees, and seizure of property."
