ATSI responds to the uproar over losses due to expired internet quota




 

The Indonesian Telecommunications Providers Association has released an official statement in response to widespread information about losses experienced by the public amounting to billions due to expired internet quotas.

ATSI Executive Director Marwan O. Baasir in Jakarta, Thursday, said that ATSI and all its members who provide telecommunications in running their business always follow the principles of good governance and comply with applicable regulations.

"The pricing, quota, and active period of prepaid services are in accordance with applicable regulations, namely Article 74 Paragraph 2 of PM Kominfo No. 5 of 2021, which states that prepaid deposits have a usage time limit," said Marwan.
