Bing users can now create videos from text instructions with AI

Microsoft officially announced the launch of Bing Video Creator, the latest feature in the Bing browser application that allows users to create videos from text instructions

( prompts ) using the Sora artificial intelligence (AI) model from OpenAI.

As reported by Tech Crunch on Tuesday, this is the first time that Sora, OpenAI's advanced video generative technology, has been available for free. Previously, the feature was only available to paid subscribers.

However, in the early stages of the launch, Bing Video Creator is not yet available on the desktop version. The video creation process also still takes quite a long time, even in "fast" mode which should only take a few minutes, but in fact can take hours.
