Former Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi led Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal to the last 16 of the 2025 Club World Cup alongside Real Madrid after beating Mexican representatives Pachuca 2-0 in Group H.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are confirmed to be leading Group H after collecting seven points. In their final match in the group, Friday morning WIB, Real Madrid defeated Austrian team Red Bull Salzburg 3-0 thanks to goals from Vinicius Junior (40'), Federico Valverde (45+3'), and Gonzalo Garcia (84').
For Inzaghi, his success in leading Al-Hilal to the last 16 was his first positive stepping stone after being appointed as tactician in early June.
