Persik Kediri today announced Ong Kim Swee as their new coach to welcome the 2025/2026 Liga 1 season.
Persis Solo announced a few hours earlier that they had released Ong Kim Swee, but the Malaysian coach did not need long to find a new home in the Indonesian League.
It is not yet known how long Ong Kim Swee will be handling the White Tigers.
Ong Kim Swee was brought in by Persis in November 2024, when the club was in 16th position in the standings or under threat of relegation.
