The match against Pelita Jaya could mature Satria Muda's new foreign legion

Satria Muda Pertamina Jakarta coach Youbel Sondakh said the IBL match against Pelita Jaya Jakarta could mature the game of his team's three new foreign basketball players, namely Amine Noua, Artem Pustovyi, and Shannon Evans II.

According to him, the game of the three players still needs to be improved collectively from the two previous matches, so that during the playoffs on June 28 they will be better.

"With the arrival of Shannon, Artem, and Amine, it is clear that we need some modifications in our system so that it can be better later," Youbel said on the IBL website.

He assessed that the game of his three players against Bali United Basketball and Prawira Bandung was quite good for players who had just joined the team.

The movements of the three players have closed the holes that have been Satria Muda's weaknesses since the start of the season, he said.

Youbel is optimistic that the three of them can make his team go far in the playoff phase later.

All three have outstanding individual abilities, and are able to adapt quickly to the new game system.
