Turkish League club Galatasaray officially announced the recruitment of Leroy Sane from Bayern Munich on a free transfer.
Sane signed a three-year contract until 2028. The official announcement from Galatasaray stated that the German winger will receive a salary of 9 million euros (around Rp. 169 billion) per season plus bonuses.
The 29-year-old expressed his excitement and can't wait to experience the atmosphere of playing in front of the Galatasaray fans.
"I am very grateful for the welcome from the fans. The atmosphere here is amazing, and I can't wait to play in front of them," Sane was quoted as saying on the club's official website.
