The WhatsApp instant messaging platform manager has introduced three new features to enrich the user experience, especially admins, in utilizing Channels and Status.
These new features will appear in the Updates tab , separate from users' private chats.
"We've been talking about our plan to build a business that doesn't intrude on your personal chats for years and we believe the Updates tab is the perfect place to launch these new features," Meta's Vice President of Product Management Business Messaging Nikila Srinivasan said in an online conference.
Through this feature update, WhatsApp wants to improve support for admins, organizations, and businesses who rely on the Updates tab every day .
