Bayer Leverkusen signs young striker Christian Kofane





 German League team Bayer Leverkusen brought in young striker Christian Kofane in this summer's transfer window.

The 18-year-old striker was brought in by Die Werkself from Albacete on a long-term contract, namely until 2029.

"Welcome to Leverkusen, Christian Kofane! The 18-year-old striker joins from Albacete and has signed a contract until 2029," Bayer Leverkusen wrote on X on Friday.

Die Werkself are now actively moving into the summer transfer market by attracting a number of talented young talents.

Previously, Die Werkself had brought in names such as Jarell Quansah, Ibrahim Maza, Mark Flekken, Abdoulaye Faye, Tim Oermann, and Axel Tape.

In addition, there are two names of loan players who have now returned to Bay Arena because their loan status ended, namely Odilon Kossunou and Gustavo Puerta.

Kofane will soon join Erik ten Hag's team in the training camp taking place in Brazil.
