Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming is optimistic that the Indonesian U-23 national team will be able to defeat Vietnam U-23 in the final of the 2025 ASEAN U-23 Championship which will be held.

The Vice President, during a visit to the Forest and Land Fire Command Post in Riau on Monday, even predicted that Garuda Muda could win convincingly with a score of 3-0 at home.

"If I see the national team on fire, yes, maybe we can win 3-0," said Vice President Gibran in response to media crew questions about the predicted score of the match.

Vice President Gibran gave his full support to the squad coached by Gerald Vanenburg. He also advised the public to watch the match on television or, if possible, in person at the stadium.

"Yes, watch it yourself, or you can watch it on TV, watching it live is better," he said.

The Indonesian U-23 national team is currently in brilliant form and is now preparing to face its final challenge against Vietnam in the final.
