While Doha had not issued an announcement on this matter as of 16:55 GMT, the Authority added, citing two unnamed diplomatic sources, that "the proposal stipulates a ceasefire agreement for a period of 60 days, and on the first day of the ceasefire, eight kidnapped Israeli prisoners will be released alive."
The two sources explained that the proposal also includes the release of "two kidnapped residents from the neighborhoods on the fiftieth day of the ceasefire."

Tel Aviv estimates that there are 50 Israeli prisoners in Gaza, 20 of whom are still alive.
