Telecommunications observer from the Bandung Institute of Technology Agung Harsoyo explained that telecommunications services such as internet quotas or prepaid credit are in principle time-limited.
"Time limits are a key characteristic of the prepaid business," Agung said in a discussion titled "Data Quota Expiration Mechanism: Does It Violate Regulations & Harm Consumers?" held in South Jakarta on Wednesday.
He conveyed this in response to the widespread issue of internet quota losses that expire before they are used up.
