Indonesian rock climber Ravianto wins silver in France

Indonesian rock climber Ravianto Ramadhan won a silver medal in the French national bouldering competition "Tout à Blocs 2025" in L'Argentière-la-Bessée, France, last weekend.

According to a written statement from the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI), the event, which took place on July 24–26, is known as one of the largest bouldering events in France and attracts thousands of participants from various levels, both amateur and professional.

The International Open format also creates a competitive and inclusive atmosphere for climbers from various countries.

"The atmosphere here was incredible, with support from fellow climbers, spectators, and judges. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm grateful to have brought home a medal," Ravianto said in a written statement.

Ravianto also appreciated the route setters who presented interesting challenges, as well as the support of the audience, which he said was the main motivation throughout the competition.
