The latest E-Commerce Seller Satisfaction 2025 research released by Ipsos Indonesia lists online marketplace (e-commerce) platforms that have a significant influence in building strong connections with domestic business players and have an impact on helping MSMEs grow.

Ipsos Indonesia Executive Director Andi Sukma said that in the Ipsos survey, it was clear that each platform was starting to compete not only for transactions but also to demonstrate its role in supporting the growth of MSMEs and local brands.
