LSI Survey: 74.6 percent of the public do not believe the issue of Jokowi's fake diploma

The Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) Denny JA noted that the majority of the public does not believe the issue of the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo or Jokowi, with a survey percentage of 74.6 percent.

The Director of PT Survei Strategi Indonesia (SIGI) LSI Denny JA Ardian Sopa said the majority of the public chose not to believe the issue of Jokowi's fake diploma for three main reasons, namely the strength of the trail and procedural logic, confirmation from official institutions, and public awareness of political motives.

"Survey respondents viewed it as part of the political dynamics, not as a fact that threatens the legitimacy of national leadership," Ardian said in the survey results received in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He said the issue of the fake diploma that was accused of Jokowi had continued to circulate in the public sphere, especially in television news, talk shows , podcasts , and social media.
