Opsel is asked to be transparent so that internet quota is not wasted in vain.

The Ministry of Communication and Digital has asked cellular operators to provide transparent product descriptions to avoid confusion and misperceptions among customers.

"We expect telecommunications service providers to provide transparent, unambiguous, and non-misleading product descriptions," said Denny Setiawan, Director of Digital Infrastructure Strategy and Policy at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, in a discussion held.

Denny emphasized that this transparent description is crucial, especially regarding information about internet quota volume limits, which include quota allocations based on area, time, and access for specific applications. Furthermore, it's crucial for operators to describe data package expiration dates and how remaining quota will be handled.
