Persib Bandung is considering recruiting up to 11 foreign players, in accordance with new regulations set by PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) for the 2025/2026 Liga 1 season.
Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat, Adhitia Putra Herawan, said that his party is still conducting an internal evaluation with the coaching team to determine the overall technical needs.
"We are still discussing and evaluating with the coaching team, to what extent the team needs the option of adding three foreign players in accordance with this new regulation," said Adhitia in a statement received in Bandung, Tuesday.
Adhitia said that so far Persib has brought in eight foreign players, including William Moreira, Lucho Guaycochea, Berguinho, and Uilliam Barros, Julio Cesar, Adam Przybek, and Ramon Tanque.
