Artificial intelligence (AI)-based omnichannel platform SleekFlow believes that people need more than just fast AI technology, but also reliable and reliable solutions that don't just answer user questions or requests.
To that end, SleekFlow introduced the AI AgentFlow system which is "not designed to answer all user requests", but is able to stop answering to give space to AI users.
"Customer service mistakes aren't always about technology, but about relationships. That's why AgentFlow was created to assist, not completely replace, humans," said Asnawi Jufrie, VP & GM of SleekFlow Southeast Asia, in a press release.
