SpaceX in talks to raise $6.5 quadrillion in funding

SpaceX is seeking to raise new capital by selling shares to internal investors in a deal that would boost the company's valuation to around US$400 billion (Rp6.5 trillion), according to a Bloomberg report.

Anonymous sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg that the company's strategy is to raise funds through separate funding rounds while also offering tenders that would allow employees to sell some of their shares to a select group of investors.

SpaceX typically holds tender offers twice a year. SpaceX's valuation has skyrocketed since the company was founded more than two decades ago.
