Samsung in Galaxy Unpacked not only introduced its foldable phone lineup but also introduced its newest smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch8 series, consisting of the Galaxy Watch8 and Galaxy Watch8 Classic to enliven the global smartwatch market .
Samsung TM Roh, President and Acting Head of the Device eXperience (DX), stated that the Galaxy Watch8 series is equipped with the latest sensors and delivers an intuitive, AI-powered experience.
"The Galaxy Watch8 Series is the starting point for a healthier, more connected life, and makes it easier for users to take concrete steps for their well-being," he said in a press release on Thursday.
One of the innovations that Samsung has introduced through this series of smartwatches is the distinctive pad that was previously only available on the Galaxy Watch Ultra, which is now available on all of the latest series.
