Youth and Sports Minister Dito Ariotedjo is implementing the development of young football talent through the 2025 Menpora U-12 and U-15 Cup tournaments in 34 provinces, the series of which will begin in Ternate, North Maluku.
"I am sure that North Maluku has a lot of potential that can succeed the seniors in the national team," said Dito Ariotedjo when opening the kick-off. 2025 Menpora U-12 and U-15 Cup in Ternate, as reported on the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports website, as quoted in Jakarta on Friday.
The Minister of Youth and Sports chose Ternate as the kick-off location for the event based on the belief that the area holds a lot of potential for young footballers for the future of Indonesia.
