Technology company Apple is suing a theater chain operating in the US called Apple Cinema for alleged trademark infringement.
As reported by The Verge, Wednesday, Apple in the lawsuit stated that Apple Cinemas and Sand Media are seeking to exploit the Apple brand in connection with their aggressive national expansion.
Furthermore, Apple said it had attempted to communicate with the relevant parties, but the parties refused to resolve the issue peacefully.
