Tijuana, May 25.—In addition to reiterating that working mothers will once again have access to 24-hour childcare, this morning Miguel Ángel Badiola Montaño pledged to implement specific actions for their benefit, especially those related to the protection of their human rights.
Before more than 2,500 women who organized a breakfast for the Baja California Solidarity Encounter Party (PES BC) candidate for mayor of this city, Badiola Montaño stated that his administration will implement a care system that better distributes this responsibility throughout society.

She said that to achieve this, she will work hand in hand with experts in the field and civil society, and that during her administration, surveillance will be carried out in areas that include the maquiladora industry and schools, among other places where women are most frequented.
Accompanied by his wife, Irma Contreras de Badiola, and his children, Estíbaliz and Iñaqui Badiola Contreras, as well as his mother, Alma Montaño de Badiola, the candidate emphasized that for him, women are not only the pillars of society but also an important part of economic, industrial, social, and political development, to name a few.
