German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen has officially announced the arrival of full-back Lucas Vazquez on a free transfer during this summer's transfer window.
Quoted from the club's official website, Wednesday, Lucas Vazquez received a two-year contract or until June 27, 2027 and he will wear the number 21 shirt with Bayer Leverkusen.
Bayer Leverkusen Sporting Director Simon Rolfes said that they were very happy to have secured Lucas Vazquez, who has achieved success over the past 10 years with Real Madrid.
"He has great technique, is a master tactician, and is a brilliant passer and strategist. Lucas will have a huge impact on our game with his finesse and his special routine, and he will be a vital part of our team," explained Rolfes.
