Bournemouth and Lille have reached an agreement for the transfer of French defender Bafode Diakite.

 AFC Bournemouth has reportedly reached an agreement with Lille OSC to sign French center-back Bafode Diakite.

According to a Sky Sports report on Monday, the player's transfer value is 40 million euros (approximately Rp680 billion), including a base fee of 35 million (Rp595 billion) plus 5 million (Rp85 billion) in additional bonuses, making Diakite one of the most expensive purchases in the club's history.

The 24-year-old has undergone a medical in London and will sign a five-year contract with Bournemouth.
