Mexicali, May 18.- The company Construcciones Chávez has a contract with the Mexicali State Public Services Commission (CESPM) to carry out water cuts, however, the state-owned company does not recognize it.
The transparency request, folio number 021163822000030, requested the names of the companies that Cespm has subrogated to carry out water cuts and reconnections in the last three years, as well as their respective contracts.
The agency responded a month after requesting the information, saying, "After an exhaustive search of the archives of this Subdirectorate (Administration and Finance), it is concluded that there are no documents in the requested field."
