Taiwanese-American basketball star Jeremy Lin officially announced his retirement from professional basketball in a video posted on his official Instagram account.
Lin called the decision the most difficult of his life.
"As professional athletes, we always knew that retirement would come someday. But when that moment finally arrived, it was still the hardest decision I've ever had to make," Lin said in a statement.
