Kamel Nacif files another appeal against the UIF investigation.

Mexico City, November 9.- Textile entrepreneur Kamel Nacif Borge  filed a new amparo lawsuit against the investigation initiated by the Attorney General's Office (FGR), following the complaint filed by the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF).

In his complaint filed with the Third District Court for Amparo in Criminal Matters in Mexico City, he claimed "the delay in the administration of justice, related to the integration and determination of the investigation file FED/SEIDF/UEIDFF- CDMX/0001148/202 initiated by the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Tax and Financial Crimes of the Specialized Sub-Attorney General's Office for the Investigation of Federal Crimes."

He therefore stated that the authorities have not allowed him access to the investigation file and have failed to summon him to investigate the charges against him.

However, Judge Augusto Octavio Mejía Ojeda has not yet admitted the amparo lawsuit for processing, as he warned Nacif Borge that within five days, starting from the day after the notification takes effect, he must clearly and precisely indicate which act or acts he wishes to complain about to the head of the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Tax and Financial Crimes of the Specialized Sub-Attorney General's Office for the Investigation of Federal Crimes of the Attorney General's Office.
