The Ministry of Communication and Digital is striving to realize brotherhood and unity through an independence carnival to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.
"The theme of this year's commemoration is that we want to realize brotherhood and unity, and also want to continue the welfare of society, and ultimately become a developed Indonesia," said Secretary General of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Ismail, in Jakarta, Friday.
The "Komdigi Carnival 2025" event reflects the theme of the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia "United Sovereignty, Prosperous People, Advanced Indonesia".
Ismail said that the moment of independence was a tribute to the previous fighters so that Indonesia could be independent and sovereign.
"Until now, we have all been able to be part of the government of the Republic of Indonesia, devoting our abilities, performance, and best work to the nation and state," said Ismail.
Several competitions will be held within the Ministry of Communication and Digital Arts (Kemkomdigi) during the "Komdigi Carnival 2025" event, including marbles, cracker-eating, and tug-of-war.
