New diploma in Transparency and Access to Public Information at UABC

Tijuana, October 8.- This is the first edition of the Diploma in Transparency and Access to Public Information , through the Mexicali School of Law and the Institute for Transparency, Access to Public Information and Protection of Personal Data of the State of Baja California.

The modules covered include topics such as: Accountability and its relationship with the National Transparency and Anti-Corruption System; Right to access information at the national and international levels; Responsibilities in matters of transparency and access to information; Classified information; and Digital Law.

Various experts in the field and officials from various transparency institutes from different states, including Baja California Sur, Sinaloa, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Durango, will participate as instructors. The National Institute for Transparency, Access to Public Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) will also be present.

It will be held virtually from October 18, 2022, to March 14, 2023. The last day to register is Friday, October 14. The cost of the diploma is 4,000 pesos , plus a 13.92 peso bank fee.
