Mexicali, October 24. To carry out the installation of the last metal beam of the left-turn bridge between the Lázaro Cárdenas and Venustiano Carranza interchange, a partial closure will be carried out between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, in the east-west direction of Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard at the intersection with Venustiano Carranza Boulevard.
Arturo Espinoza Jaramillo, head of the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Urban Development and Territorial Reorganization (SIDURT), announced that the west-east circulation of Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard will remain open.
Those traveling from Ninth Street toward the Civic Center should take the detour to Venustiano Carranza Norte Boulevard, then merge onto Independencia or Cetys Avenue to continue their journey.
The state official added that work on the main bridge at the interchange is making significant progress , with the entire concrete slab now in place.
